Is this group deceased? Or are people recharging their inner batteries for this year's NaNoing?

First-timer here. Trying to limber up for the 50K word count.

This group is usually fairly quiet, but most of the nano groups with the exception of nanoljers are pretty much no-traffic except for Oct/Nov. There's also nanowrimo, which is slightly more active than this comm but again, fairly quiet except for Oct/Nov. :)

Either way welcome on board! November is going to be tough but fun, you'll see! I'm actually focused on two Big Bang events right now so I'm not thinking about NaNo just yet but once November hits I'll be working toward my (hopefully) third win in four attempts.

I won't be nano-ing again this year as I'm in the midst of a post-grad degree but I'll cheer from the sidelines! I've attempted nano 6 times and 'won' 4 times. There really is nothing like your first time, though - I really envy you.

Any ideas for your novel, yet?
